I run Ante Natal Aqua Yoga classes in a privately hired warm pool on Monday evenings. Different class times to suit those returning from work or waiting on childcare. Aquacalm4mums2B has been running in Wickford since 2010.

We run Aquanatal Yoga classes in Southend on Thursday evenings. You can come trial a class for £12 then it’s booked in 4 week blocks for £48. Suitable from your first scan. It’s a lovely way to connect with your growing baby while easing up all the aches and pains of pregnancy.

We also run land pregnancy yoga classes in Westcliff, Rayleigh, Benfleet and Leigh.

I joined the Birthlight team of teachers after completing my Pre-natal Yoga Diploma in 2006.  I then went onto complete my Baby Yoga Diploma and Wellwoman Yoga Diploma. I have also completed a Birth Preparation Course.  I have taught a Birthlight CPD on Prenatal Yoga.

Well Woman Yoga can be a wonderful support throughout the lifecycles and particularly at times of transition like the Menopause or when health challenges come up.

All exercises we do are to promote pelvic tone, re-alignment and stability of the spine and pelvis, a good class to attend is you have had a c-section, lower back problems in or before pregnancy.
