Leuk om (digitaal) kennis te maken! Mijn naam is Jessica Zijlema.
- ZwangerschapsYoga
- ZwangerschapsPilates
- ZwangerschapsMassage
- Cursus Voorbereiden op de Bevalling
- Postnatale Yoga
- Mama & Baby Yoga en -Pilates
- Babymassage
- Workshops Baby- & Kindergebaren
- Yoga met je Kind
- Moxa therapie bij stuitligging

She holds teaching diplomas from British Wheel of Yoga, Birthlight, Yoga Therapy Diploma (YC) and children teaching training from Special Yoga Centre. Vera has extensive training in meditation and mindfulness practices. She also trained as a Doula with Dr Michel Odent.
Vera’s primary focus now is on developing holistic therapeutic approach that supports each woman on her unique journey (issues with female health, postnatal recovery, pregnancy, fertility, menopause) with the use of yoga and other complimentary practices that she picked up along the way.
Vera teaches regular group classes on Mondays in online format (well-woman yoga, postpartum, fertility and pregnancy) as well as having 1-2-1 yoga therapy with clients (both online and face to face in her clinic) who require a developed of more specific programme that can address their specific concerns.
Based in Wiltshire, I am currently running Well Woman Yoga online via Zoom, Postnatal Yoga for Mothers & Babies face to face in the Bromham Social Centre (socially distanced), Pregnancy/Perinatal Yoga in the White Horse Yoga Studio in Devizes with small groups face to face (as well as women who join online via Zoom) and Chair Yoga which is for anyone who has mobility/health issues, online via Zoom. All classes are carefully planned around the needs of the group with a focus on Pranayama (breathing practices), gentle yoga asanas (postures) and relaxation. My aim is to create a calm and nurturing environment for everyone who attends, giving each person the time and space to take what they need from the session.

I have been practising yoga for 30 years and teaching it for 22. Specialising in Pregnancy and Post Natal Yoga for last 20 years, I have taught regular classes at my local studio, Gracelands Yard, for more than 10 of those years. This has allowed me the joy of helping many women through their pregnancy and the privilege of meeting their babies when they return to my post natal class. We offer a friendly and welcoming environment and this encourages many women to return for subsequent pregnancies and post natal healing.
No experience is required and all are welcome.I am an experienced Pregnancy & Post Natal Yoga teacher and I teach Children, Teens, Senior clients and people with Dementia. I have worked post operatively with clients and used restorative yoga postures to support a return to health. This experience, alongside using yoga to relieve Stress, Anxiety and Depression, has lead me to an understand the importance of treating the whole person.
As well as my core training in Dynamic Yoga, I have studied with Birthlight, The Teen Yoga Foundation and The Special Yoga Centre, and have continued my studies with Sandra Sabatini, Jo Kemp (Way of Soma), The Minded Institute & Jivamukti. I have learnt so much from practising Dynamic, Iyengar and Jivamukti Yoga. Many years working for Sure Start, the Monroe Charity, Yogahome, The Special Yoga Centre and Brent council, as well as more than 10 years at my local studio, have given me the hands on experience of how people learn and heal.
Hola! My name is Josefina Eliggi, I’m an Argentinian yoga teacher (RYT 200+) based in Zurich, and I specialise in yoga for before, after and beyond birth.
Yoga was a fundamental tool in healing my difficult birthing experience after becoming a mother for the first time in 2015. In subsequent years I completed a 200-hour teacher training course, and got certified as a pre- and postnatal yoga teacher.
I’m passionate about helping women embrace the changes that occur during pregnancy, navigate the first few months after childbirth, and rediscover themselves in their new role as mothers while continuing to pursue their goals and aspirations.
I’m Julie Bickerton, founder of Nomad Therapy, here to support and nurture you throughout pregnancy, postnatally and through menopause.
My philosophy is to promote positive touch and accessible yoga. Providing a safe space where we can be honest and open about our experiences as women and building a community where friendships are made.
After my training as a baby massage instructor and having my son, my fascination with babies continued to grow and broaden.
Now in my midlife I am expanding my experience to support women through this period of their incredible lives.
I feel very lucky in my vocation. I love what I do and I continue to learn from every woman and baby that I meet.
I am a yoga teacher with over 14 years of teaching experiencing, including many years of teaching pre-and post-natal yoga in East London. I have helped many hundreds of women to feel more comfortable, confident and relaxed during their pregnancies and births, and have welcomed back many of them on the other side with their babies – which is always such a joy.
In the words of one of my recent students:
“I would definitely recommend Sarah’s pregnancy yoga classes! They have been a real help to stay healthy and well during pregnancy, both mentally and physically. The class is tailored to pregnant mums, keeping our bodies fit during pregnancy, but Sarah also gives us very helpful tips about positions and breathing during childbirth. She clearly knows what she is talking about and she always takes her time for any concerns or questions. It never feels like she is on a schedule. The classes are more than just yoga. Each session starts with checking in on each other. It’s very helpful to share pregnancy concerns with other ladies going through the same thing. The community of pregnant ladies that we have built in Sarah’s classes is such a wonderful support. I can’t wait to join the post-natal classes with our babies later on!”

Pregnancy yoga in Seaford and surrounding areas in East Sussex is suitable for everyone from 14 weeks up to birth. Classes are friendly, informal and provide a wonderful way to remove aches and pains, create more space for your growing bump, care for your posture, encourage baby into the optimal fetal position for birth, learn calming breathing techniques for pregnancy, birth and beyond, feel positive, bond with your bump, prepare for the birth, relax and meet others. Moves are adapted when needed for example for pelvic girdle pain. Classes are run in 5 week blocks on Tuesdays in Seaford and people tend to keep coming until they have their baby. If you miss a week, a recording can be sent. No experience is required before attending.
I now run online classes for baby yoga,(Tuesday am) perinatal yoga( Tuesday evening) and adult yoga(Monday and Thursday evenings)
Free trial class for each of these.
