I run baby yoga classes for babies from 10 weeks to pre-crawling and YogaTotts for babies from pre-crawling to 18 months. At the moment, my baby yoga classes are in person but will be taken online in the event of another lockdown.YogaTotts will be postponed until we can resume in-person sessions.

Hi! I’m Aurea and I’m a pregnancy, baby, and parenting specialist. I’ve been teaching Birthlight Baby yoga classes since 2013, and since then have expanded into teaching Birthlight Toddler Yoga and Postnatal yoga. I also teach pregnancy yoga classes. Wednesday: Pregnancy Yoga 6:15-7:30.

Die Zeit nach der Geburt steckt ebenso voller Veränderungen wie die Schwangerschaft. Nach den ersten turbulenten Wochen besteht dein Alltag aus Stillen und Spucktuch, Windeln und Waschmaschine. Und leider gehören auch schlaflose Nächte, Tage mit Bauchweh und Wachstumsschübe deines Babys dazu. Zeit für dich bleibt da wenig. Dabei ist es wichtig, sich diese Zeit zu nehmen.
Ich bin Janine und lebe mit meinem Mann, unseren drei Kindern und unseren beiden Hunden in Winsen. Seit der Geburt meiner Kinder war für mich klar, dass ich gerne mit Kindern arbeiten möchte. Gestartet habe ich mit Kinderturnen und Spielkreisen, mit meiner Baby-/Toddler-Yoga und DELFI-Ausbildung habe ich mir einen Herzenswunsch erfüllt, auch die ganz Kleinen ein Stück auf ihrem Weg zu begleiten.
Since I launched Diddly Oms in 2018, I’m so proud that my mother and baby classes have been attended by so many parents in Leeds, bringing time together to bond and relax with your child. I also run toddler, pre-school and primary school classes and hope that you and your little ones can benefit from joining me too.
Pregnancy yoga classes run in Hailsham and other areas (also on Zoom). Suitable from 14 weeks to birth. Enjoy gently toning, strengthening, stretching, learn calming breathing techniques, relax, bond with your baby, prepare for the birth and meet others. Classes are friendly, informal, inclusive and modified for people as required e.g. if you have pelvic girdle pain. No previous yoga experience is needed. Yoga pack and WhatsApp group provided. If you miss a class, you can get sent a recording.

Pregnancy Yoga Virtual Class

This class is suited to pregnant women from 14 weeks to 40+ weeks. It is full of wonderful safe stretches suitable to help with the changing pregnant body. You will also learn breathing techniques that are invaluable for labour and all kinds of birth.
For Katrin, yoga is an everlasting exploration of the body and mind connection, a light-hearted search for freedom from tension. It is this connection, that not only yokes us to the present, but also to each other and nature. With baby yoga, she hopes to bring this lightness and loving approach to parenting, empowering mothers to more confidence in their everydaylife.
My OnLine Pregnancy Yoga classes offer specialist yoga for pregnancy combined with a wealth of skills and knowledge about pregnancy, birth and parenthood. During the class you will learn about posture and movement, how to encourage your baby into the best possible position prior to birth, as well as labour techniques and deep relaxation.

Hi,
I’m Charly, an experienced IAIM Certified Baby Massage instructor, Leicester Mammas Breastfeeding Peer Support and a Birthlight Baby Yoga instructor.
I hold five session courses in Syston, as well as taster sessions through the year. Classes are around one and a half hours long, they include refreshments and social time too. When signed up to a course you are added to a WhatsApp group to support you, and allow you to continue conversations with your peer in class.
Sessions are welcoming, non-judgemental and a relaxed environment is created in all sessions.
please note that courses are term time only. It is asked that alternative childcare is arranged for siblings to allow you to bond with your newborn.
