Hi! I’m Aurea and I’m a pregnancy, baby, and parenting specialist. I’ve been teaching Birthlight Baby yoga classes since 2013, and since then have expanded into teaching Birthlight Toddler Yoga and Postnatal yoga. I also teach pregnancy yoga classes. Current schedule:
Monday: Yoma Explorers (crawling/walking babies) at Salt Ayre at 10:00.
Tuesday:Yoma Explorers (crawling/walking babies up to 2 years) at the Storey Institute ; Baby yoga (for pre-crawlers from 12 weeks) at 11:00 at the Lancaster Quaker Meeting House
Wednesday: Pregnancy Yoga 6:15-7:30.

Ich bin Janine und lebe mit meinem Mann, unseren drei Kindern und unseren beiden Hunden in Winsen. Seit der Geburt meiner Kinder war für mich klar, dass ich gerne mit Kindern arbeiten möchte. Gestartet habe ich mit Kinderturnen und Spielkreisen, mit meiner Baby-/Toddler-Yoga und DELFI-Ausbildung habe ich mir einen Herzenswunsch erfüllt, auch die ganz Kleinen ein Stück auf ihrem Weg zu begleiten.

Pre Natal Yoga
These pre-natal yoga classes are perfect for ‘mums-to-be’ from 12 weeks onwards.
The gentle yet effective approach of these classes aims to internalise the practices and techniques in order to build a body memory that can be called upon with ease, instinctively in daily life, during labour and beyond.
Pregnancy yoga benefits include:
Increase awareness in body, breath and postural changes.
Expanding breathing capabilities in order to breathe for two, assist during labour and birth.
Pelvic awareness (unfold range of movements and as foundational support for the body).
Tone and release pelvic floor muscles in preparation for labour and beyond.
Boost energy and reduce fatigue.
Increase resilience and ease tensions in both body and mind.
Yoga for common pregnancy issues: pelvic girdle pain, encouraging baby into optimal birthing position, better sleep, etc.

Since I launched Diddly Oms in 2018, I’m so proud that my mother and baby classes have been attended by so many parents in Leeds, bringing time together to bond and relax with your child. I also run toddler, pre-school and primary school classes and hope that you and your little ones can benefit from joining me too.
Pregnancy yoga classes run in Hailsham and other areas (also on Zoom). Suitable from 14 weeks to birth. Enjoy gently toning, strengthening, stretching, learn calming breathing techniques, relax, bond with your baby, prepare for the birth and meet others. Classes are friendly, informal, inclusive and modified for people as required e.g. if you have pelvic girdle pain. No previous yoga experience is needed. Yoga pack and WhatsApp group provided. If you miss a class, you can get sent a recording.

Hi, I’m Sally from Buddha Baby. I’ve been teaching Birthlight Baby Yoga since 2011 and love it! I am well-known locally for providing friendly, nurturing, small-group classes, with a light-hearted teaching approach. I just recently completed my training in Toddler Yoga and very much look forward to exploring this 2022!
Buddha Baby combines my passion for teaching with my interest in holistic wellbeing practices. I’m a consultant in primary PSHE education and babywearing; baby massage, baby yoga, toddler yoga and massage-in-schools instructor; massage therapist; and yoga enthusiast. Hi,
I’m Charly, an experienced IAIM Certified Baby Massage instructor, Leicester Mammas Breastfeeding Peer Support and a Birthlight Baby Yoga instructor.
I hold five session courses in Syston, as well as taster sessions through the year. Classes are around one and a half hours long, they include refreshments and social time too. When signed up to a course you are added to a WhatsApp group to support you, and allow you to continue conversations with your peer in class.
Sessions are welcoming, non-judgemental and a relaxed environment is created in all sessions.
please note that courses are term time only. It is asked that alternative childcare is arranged for siblings to allow you to bond with your newborn.
