Since I launched Diddly Oms in 2018, I’m so proud that my mother and baby classes have been attended by so many parents in Leeds, bringing time together to bond and relax with your child. I run baby yoga classes for babies from 10 weeks to pre-crawling and YogaTotts for babies from pre-crawling to 18 months. At the moment, my baby yoga classes are in person but will be taken online in the event of another lockdown.YogaTotts will be postponed until we can resume in-person sessions.
I work in venues in BS4 and BS3 in Bristol.

I joined the Birthlight team of teachers after completing my Pre-natal Yoga Diploma in 2006. I then went onto complete my Baby Yoga Diploma and Wellwoman Yoga Diploma. I have also completed a Birth Preparation Course. I have taught a Birthlight CPD on Prenatal Yoga.
I offer pregnancy, postnatal and baby yoga classes and also baby massage classes in the Woking area. My classes are friendly and welcoming with the option of social media groups to be part of a local supportive community. Currently classes are all online with the hope to returning to socially distance classes when we can.

I’ve been teaching Pre & Postnatal classes since 2002 and tutoring Birthlight training courses in the UK and around the world since 2008. Postnatal sessions can be with or without your baby who will be included in the session to left out, we can also include Baby Yoga or have it as a separate session.
Well Woman Yoga can be a wonderful support throughout the lifecycles and particularly at times of transition like the Menopause or when health challenges come up.

Sarah Brannen started Warm Hearts Yoga in 2013, when she was looking for a local yoga class that she could attend with her young daughter. Sarah is a registered 200 hour yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
Warm Hearts Yoga specialises in postnatal yoga, parent and baby yoga and yoga for families, as well as offering traditional yoga classes for adults.
Sarah originally trained with Birthlight and Rainbow Yoga, specialising in baby yoga, postnatal yoga, yoga for toddlers, children and families. She went on to study with CYS for her 200hr Yoga teaching qualification and with Uma Dinsmore Tuli’s Womb Yoga for an additional 40 hour postnatal and family yoga qualification.
Sarah passionately believes that yoga can provide so much more than strength, flexibility and fitness. She has found it has helped her to find a sense of calm amidst the chaos, to remain steady through the constant change, to love and accept herself, and to find a path to follow that feels right.

This class is suited to pregnant women from 14 weeks to 40+ weeks. It is full of wonderful safe stretches suitable to help with the changing pregnant body. You will also learn breathing techniques that are invaluable for labour and all kinds of birth.
I pioneered Pregnancy Yoga in Belfast and Lisburn, Northern Ireland from 2003.Supporting women and babies at the beginning of life’s adventure together is at the heart of the Yoga that I teach. Baby yoga is great for your baby’s physical, neurological and social development. We gently assist their movement to harness their natural reflexes and curiosity, we also include some baby massage. Baby yoga is great for soothing babies, releasing frustration and helping with mood and sleep.
Part of the class will be postnatal yoga (adapted for dads/carers). We strengthen pelvic floor and gently build core strength, release tight muscles and learn simple breathing practices for relaxation.
It’s a lovely way to bond and move together with your baby at the same time as meeting local mums / parents.
If you find you want to rest or feed for most of the class that is absolutely welcome.

Baby yoga (and baby massage) classes are run in Hailsham and other areas in East Sussex (also on Zoom). Suitable from a few weeks old to crawling. Enjoy songs, stretches, gentle toning and relaxation for your baby and you and meet others. Classes are friendly, informal, inclusive and offer variations for each move for the baby according to his/her age, development stage and personality. Each term there is a different theme with different songs and the opportunity for fancy dress for the final week. Gentle post natal exercises are included for mothers including care for the pelvic floor and if you have diastasis recti. Props such as baby yoga balls and sensory scarves add to the fun. All classes are very baby friendly and parents dip in and out of the class to feed, cuddle etc. If you miss a week, I send you a recording. A yoga pack is included with lots of exercises, songs and post natal breathing in. Home made cakes are provided for the final week!

For Katrin, yoga is an everlasting exploration of the body and mind connection, a light-hearted search for freedom from tension.
