Birthlight Baby Yoga November/December 2024
Intensive course over 2 Weekends:
29th Nov-1st Dec-24 and 6-8th Dec 2024
Friday 6.30-8pm, Saturday 9am -5pm, Sunday 9am -1pm both weekends with short breaks
Course Cost: £565 non-members/ £530 members
For those who have previously trained with Birthlight in Baby Yoga but not taken the mobile babies curriculum you can join the second weekend to complete your Baby Yoga Diploma: £230 non-members/£195 members

| What (description) | Drawing on a wealth of teaching experience over three decades, this course will equip both independent teachers and institutional staff with knowledge and skills to be able to offer simple, safe and tested practices in group classes or 1:1 sessions.
As a parent-baby interactive practice, Baby Yoga brings out the essence of yoga as connection through breath, enhancing natural development as it unfolds and joint relaxation. Baby Yoga’s hands-on active play benefits mothers and fathers as much as their babies. Read more on our Baby Yoga Area page. |

This course is taught fully online in live zoom sessions with the tutor. |

| Equipment: | For this training you will need a suitable demonstration doll to learn the moves, holds and practices on the course and to be able to demonstrate them to parents when you teach.
