Nima began tutoring for Birthlight in 2019. She is a certified Birthlight Aquanatal Yoga and Perinatal Yoga tutor in Russia and the Middle East. Nima started her yoga journey in 2005 and took a leap in 2007 to become a yoga instructor. Soon she discovered a Birthlight aqua yoga class near her and fell in love with it. In 2008 she took Aqua Yoga and Perinatal Yoga training courses with Françoise that changed her life and career forever. Fascinated by Birthlight’s simple, soft and effective approach to yoga and birth, she continued her study in Postnatal Yoga, Baby Yoga and Well Woman Yoga. Nima loves integrating exercise balls of all sizes in her classes and workshops.
