A gentle and fun Well Woman yoga based workshop to explore different ways to experience and work with your core. Birthlight specialises in supporting the wellbeing of women through yoga practices developed over many decades by our founder Francoise Freedman and based on female anatomy and physiology. Your tutor for this course is Belinda Staplehurst.
There will be a talk with Powerpoint (about one hour) followed by practice (about two hours) with a little time at the end for questions and answers. Please have the following equipment ready: a yoga mat, a couple of yoga blocks, a long cotton scarf (rebozo), some folded blankets/cushions, a chair. As always at Birthlight we want you to be comfortable at all times during the practice so please amend or adapt the practices as you wish. Enjoy!
