Birthlight now offers flexible formats of both our land and water based training courses to suit individuals and in-house staff training. Nearly all courses now include an online component of resources for students to access before, during and after the live training dates with their tutor. Vastly improving the learning journey, these resources help you to practice, integrate and develop your skills. They provide teaching film clips, additional reading, articles and quizzes. These resources are usually accessible as soon as you sign up for your course. All online live parts of any blended or fully online course are recorded and made available to the students on each course.
Face to face courses -fully face to face trainings are continuing whenever possible
Blended courses combine live online training with the tutor and face to face training time thus saving travel and accommodation costs and time away.
Fully online courses can be great if family and work commitments and travel restrictions make it difficult to join a face to face or blended training. These can be arranged at a time to suit your team for in-house trainings. We offer a range of short courses, full trainings and CPDs fully online. These courses have received great feedback since we started them in 2020.
