Birthlight Well Woman Yoga Diploma Core Training (3 compulsory modules)
Course Cost: Early Bird by 15 September £595 non members/ £560 members, thereafter £620 non members/ £585 members

| Who | For Yoga teachers and Yoga Therapists who wish to offer classes for women’s health and well being through the life cycles. (this does not include pregnancy) |
| What (description) | This is the foundation and core training for Birthlight Well Woman Yoga. It forms the compulsory element for all students wishing to graduate with a teaching diploma. This part of the training forms the basis of understanding of women’s health from a holistic yoga and ayurvedic perspective. It encompasses pelvic health and menstrual health. Students then choose one area of interest from this choice of modules: Fertility, Postnatal or Menopause to complete their Diploma.
Diploma graduates can later further develop their repertoire by taking extra modules and CPDs. |
