I have been running Yoga with Babies classes since 1997, incorporating Birthlight Baby Yoga from 2002. I currently run the following classes through the wonderfully supportive Pregnancy and Parents Centre, Edinburgh:

Yoga with Babies – with babies from around 5 months to mobile
