Baby and Me runs baby classes across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Classes are completely baby led, so all crying, feeding, changing and sleeping are totally welcome. It’s more about me teaching you a skill that you can use at a time that works for both of you.
There are four classes available to you:
💜Baby Massage (birth to 12 months)
💛Introduction to Baby Yoga (8 weeks to 4 months)
🧡Baby Yoga (12 weeks to precrawling)
💚Mobile Baby Yoga (Crawling/rolling to 18months)
Baby and Me classes are suitable from birth right the way through to 18 months, so it is never too early or late to start. More information can be found on the Baby and Me social media pages or by emailing babyandmeiaim@gmail.com.

Sarah Brannen started Warm Hearts Yoga in 2013, when she was looking for a local yoga class that she could attend with her young daughter. Sarah is a registered 200 hour yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
Warm Hearts Yoga specialises in postnatal yoga, parent and baby yoga and yoga for families, as well as offering traditional yoga classes for adults.
Sarah originally trained with Birthlight and Rainbow Yoga, specialising in baby yoga, postnatal yoga, yoga for toddlers, children and families. She went on to study with CYS for her 200hr Yoga teaching qualification and with Uma Dinsmore Tuli’s Womb Yoga for an additional 40 hour postnatal and family yoga qualification.
Sarah passionately believes that yoga can provide so much more than strength, flexibility and fitness. She has found it has helped her to find a sense of calm amidst the chaos, to remain steady through the constant change, to love and accept herself, and to find a path to follow that feels right.
Baby yoga classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30am.

Baby yoga is great for your baby’s physical, neurological and social development. We gently assist their movement to harness their natural reflexes and curiosity, we also include some baby massage. Baby yoga is great for soothing babies, releasing frustration and helping with mood and sleep.
Part of the class will be postnatal yoga (adapted for dads/carers). We strengthen pelvic floor and gently build core strength, release tight muscles and learn simple breathing practices for relaxation.
It’s a lovely way to bond and move together with your baby at the same time as meeting local mums / parents.
If you find you want to rest or feed for most of the class that is absolutely welcome.

Baby yoga (and baby massage) classes are run in Hailsham and other areas in East Sussex (also on Zoom). Suitable from a few weeks old to crawling. Enjoy songs, stretches, gentle toning and relaxation for your baby and you and meet others. Classes are friendly, informal, inclusive and offer variations for each move for the baby according to his/her age, development stage and personality. Each term there is a different theme with different songs and the opportunity for fancy dress for the final week. Gentle post natal exercises are included for mothers including care for the pelvic floor and if you have diastasis recti. Props such as baby yoga balls and sensory scarves add to the fun. All classes are very baby friendly and parents dip in and out of the class to feed, cuddle etc. If you miss a week, I send you a recording. A yoga pack is included with lots of exercises, songs and post natal breathing in. Home made cakes are provided for the final week!
Ongoing support provided with baby massage, post natal yoga. I also teach pregnancy yoga.
I run baby yoga classes for babies from 10 weeks to pre-crawling and YogaTotts for babies from pre-crawling to 18 months. At the moment, my baby yoga classes are in person but will be taken online in the event of another lockdown.YogaTotts will be postponed until we can resume in-person sessions.
I work in venues in BS4 and BS3 in Bristol.
Fridays 10am: Baby Yoga classes – 10 weeks to confident walker.
Fridays 11.15: Tots Yoga classes – confident walkers to preschooler.
5 week courses run during term time.

Support on ‘hot’ baby issues, such as sleeping, feeding, settling baby.
We work with women to empower you to:
- Find time to focus on and nurture yourself, at times when your needs are often the last to be met.
- Experience the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of a yoga practice, when your body may be in need of extra support.
- Use yoga practices to help heal your body, and ease the transition and journey, post birth into motherhood, and beyond.
We work with babies, children and teens (including children with special needs) to:
- Encourage whole brain development
- Help them find quiet and better access their own resources
- Encourage creativity
- Help them learn to listen to their body

I now run online classes for baby yoga,(Tuesday am) perinatal yoga( Tuesday evening) and adult yoga(Monday and Thursday evenings)
Free trial class for each of these.
Baby yoga courses are run every half term in Seaford,East Sussex and surrounding areas. Suitable for all babies from around 8 weeks up to crawling. People often say this is the most beneficial and enjoyable and fun course they do with their baby. You both get to enjoy memorable songs whilst stretching and relaxing. Sensory aids such as baby yoga balls and colourful scarves to encourage movement. Fantastic to encourage movement, fine and gross motorskills, healthy brain development with brain gym movements, moves to help digestion and joint relaxation at the end with sensory lights. Parents get to remove post natal aches and pains with restorative post natal recovery exercises. Photos and home-made cakes at the final week. Very baby friendly and parents dip in and out to feed, cuddle and have the option to use baby yoga dolls should their baby sleep. Yoga packs provided and a recording sent if you miss a week. Baby massage classes also offered in Seaford and Newhaven.
I run Pregnancy and Mum & Baby Yoga classes in Bracknell, Berkshire. As well as Well Woman Yoga classes. Classes are small and friendly, no experience of yoga is required.
Pregnancy Yoga is suitable from 14 weeks onwards and helps promote a comfortable pregnancy. Classes work wonders to prepare the body and mind for the birth and are a great way to meet other Mums.
Mum & Baby Yoga is suitable from 6 weeks after the birth up until baby is crawling. We focus on stabilising the core and reconnecting with the pelvic floor as well as easing out postnatal aches and pains. Baby Yoga is included as well as mutually beneficial movements. Classes are fun and playful in a relaxed environment.
Well Woman Yoga focuses on nurturing yoga that promotes core and pelvic floor health. This is a fun relaxed class.

Die Zeit nach der Geburt steckt ebenso voller Veränderungen wie die Schwangerschaft. Nach den ersten turbulenten Wochen besteht dein Alltag aus Stillen und Spucktuch, Windeln und Waschmaschine. Und leider gehören auch schlaflose Nächte, Tage mit Bauchweh und Wachstumsschübe deines Babys dazu. Zeit für dich bleibt da wenig. Dabei ist es wichtig, sich diese Zeit zu nehmen.
Ich bin Janine und lebe mit meinem Mann, unseren drei Kindern und unseren beiden Hunden in Winsen. Seit der Geburt meiner Kinder war für mich klar, dass ich gerne mit Kindern arbeiten möchte. Gestartet habe ich mit Kinderturnen und Spielkreisen, mit meiner Baby-/Toddler-Yoga und DELFI-Ausbildung habe ich mir einen Herzenswunsch erfüllt, auch die ganz Kleinen ein Stück auf ihrem Weg zu begleiten.
