My passion is the miracle of the human body, this extraordinary vehicle that allows us to live in this wonderful, if challenging, world. Yoga gives us powerful tools to find fulfilment and tranquility during the journey of our lives. Sharing the gift of yoga is the best job in the world.

I’m Julie Bickerton, founder of Nomad Therapy, here to support and nurture you throughout pregnancy, postnatally and through menopause.
My philosophy is to promote positive touch and accessible yoga. Providing a safe space where we can be honest and open about our experiences as women and building a community where friendships are made.
After my training as a baby massage instructor and having my son, my fascination with babies continued to grow and broaden.
Now in my midlife I am expanding my experience to support women through this period of their incredible lives.
I feel very lucky in my vocation. I love what I do and I continue to learn from every woman and baby that I meet.

Classes that give you the chance to Come and meet new mums, exercise, relax, and enjoy the eater during and after your pregnancy.
Prenatal classes are specially designed for all stages of pregnancy, supporting you with physical and emotional needs whilst being pregnant in an environment that will make you feel part of a team and not alone.
Exercises can be altered to help support SPD, PGP and other aliments as you are an individual.
Classes allow you to bond with your unborn child and relax away the stresses from the outside world.
Postnatal is now renamed at Aqua4mum.
These classes are designed to help you restore your core, abs, back muscles, Pelvic floors, shoulders, and release the hormone Cortisol that is the primary stress builder, as we adapt to new world of family, friends and work life balance.
All exercises we do are to promote pelvic tone, re-alignment and stability of the spine and pelvis, a good class to attend is you have had a c-section, lower back problems in or before pregnancy.
Aqua4mums welcomes all who think this will do them good.

Navigation, Intuition and Instinct
… knowing what your options are and how to navigate the pathway is so important … even the suggestion of booking in a sweep starts that ripple off …. go with your intuition and instincts – what feels right for you … navigate, negotiate and have those sensible conversations that support you and your baby so that you get the most out of the journey into motherhood and the best start.
If you are looking for a class that supports you in every way possible then please do connect … spaces available and it’s so much more than a pregnancy yoga class in the traditional sense. A Ripple Effect class is a “one-stop” shop … you get so much in terms of antenatal education, an amazing tool box for pregnancy, labour, postpartum and your everyday life which has yoga, relaxation techniques, breath work, “hypnobirthing” techniques (supporting those who have been to other classes or accessed online platforms), rebozo and self care … as well as meeting other fab ladies who are also on this journey to motherhood. They are a treat and certainly not to be missed. Add in the gorgeous bespoke Space you have a recipe that will support you all the way …
A little about me … I am a gentle soul … I pride myself on the classes I offer and the amazing work that has been shared into the community over the last 18 years … I am sure that as you journey deeper into the classes available in the area you will no doubt be seated next to someone who has been along to a Ripple class and believes that everyone needs a “Claire” … 1200 babies and families to date and 2 of my own doesn’t mean I am an expert but I am hoping I can help you shed some light to support you with your little one.
Look forward to connecting with you.

My name is Carla and I am a fully qualified Birthlight and STA infant aquatics teacher. In 2005, I trained with a swim school in Cambridge which was ran by Sally Lomas and Amanda Gawthrope. I also worked at Birthlight’s headquarters in admin for a while too. Having taught babies to swim over many years, including my own daughter, I have become increasingly aware of the benefits for newborn babies of learning water confidence from a very young age and the parent and baby bonding that results from being in water. Our aim is to bring parent and baby together through our swim splash classes in a safe, friendly and fun environment that best suits the needs of everyone involved.

I run weekly in person pregnancy yoga classes in Barnet, suitable for ladies from 14wks – full term. Further details can be found here:
https://www.yogasisters.co.uk/pregnancy-yoga
And also Mother and Baby yoga sessions from 6 weeks post.

I run Ante Natal Aqua Yoga classes in a privately hired warm pool on Monday evenings. Different class times to suit those returning from work or waiting on childcare. Aquacalm4mums2B has been running in Wickford since 2010.
