I am a Birthlight Tutor & teacher in Aqua Natal Yoga and Baby Swim. Hatha Yoga teacher & advanced studies of over 20 years, having tutored for Birthlight in UK, China and Russia. Originally from Liverpool, I now live in Northern Ireland and am a keen sea swimmer.
Studio and Zoom classes include Pregnancy and Post Natal classes for NHS Maternity units, Council facilities and Yoga Quarter Belfast. In addition, I deliver Pre Natal Couples Yoga, Parent and Baby Yoga and Toddler Yoga.
In water classes include: “Baby Bubbles” parent and baby swim, baby nurture up to adult swimming and Pre & Post Aqua Natal.
I pioneered Pregnancy Yoga in Belfast and Lisburn, Northern Ireland from 2003.Supporting women and babies at the beginning of life’s adventure together is at the heart of the Yoga that I teach.
