Course Prerequisites
This course is open to midwives, birth professionals yoga teachers and yoga therapists who are confident swimmers and for swimming teachers with an interest in yoga. We recommend that candidates hold a life saving certificate (not lifeguard), which they can obtain from the STA or ASA. This however is not compulsory in order to attend the course.
