This is a fantastic dvd, which really show new mums (or dads) how to build a gentle yoga practice at home with their babies. Step by step a range of movements are introduced to the great delight of the babies. The instructions and the demonstrations are very clear and detailed. Great tips on how to keep both you and your baby relaxed and happy.

The Baby Yoga DVD brings peace and harmony into our home. We all love it. We do it as a family and it brings us together. Our toddler joins in too (must get into Toddler Yoga). Recommend it highly.

I'd tried everything....my baby was constantly crying and wouldn't settle. I was given this video by a friend who'd tried it and thought it would help. Up to that point I'd been a bit of a yoga sceptic but this was incredible and gradually life began to change. My baby responded like a dream and I've never looked back. I'd highly recommend this - even for easy babies its a great way to spend time with your child - Thank you !!
